Attorney Tammy Lee Clause
Attorney Tammy Lee Clause has been serving the Pennsylvania community since 1990,
establishing a fully-staffed legal practice with experienced paralegals and legal secretaries. Her
general law practice spans a broad spectrum of legal matters, reflecting her extensive
experience and commitment to her clients’ diverse needs.
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Tammy has successfully handled a wide array of cases,
including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, prenuptial and postnuptial
agreements, name changes, will preparation, probate, estate planning, irrevocable and
revocable trusts, elder law, breach of contract, and civil litigation.
In 2023, Tammy expanded her practice by opening a new location in Stuart, Florida. The Clause
Law Group in Florida is managed by her son, Attorney George Clause, who is licensed to practice in Florida and serves as the managing partner of the firm

George Clause is the son of Founder, Tammy Lee Clause and managing attorney of Clause Law Group’s Florida branch.
